testing, testing. 1-2-3. Video Interview.

Being behind the camera is a good feeling. In front, on the other hand, can get a little awkward.

Our final assignment before our term project for my Advanced Techniques course was to shoot a video interview with a classmate, Madeline Beyer,  about one of their favorite photos. We then were to impose the photo, by shooting the interview in front a green screen. Lastly, we would edit it all together in Final Cut — which I’ve only used a couple times. The interview went smoothly, but editing was kind of a pain. Madeline has the video interview of me up on her blog, if you’d like to see how I butcher describing my own photo. I would like to play around with Final Cut more, as I am still getting used to the program.

P.S. Fall break is just about here and hopefully I will have some cool film images to display soon!
